Terms and Conditions

    1. To be eligible you must have submitted in 40 words or less Why you believe Hakuba is the Ultimate Ski Destination.
    2. This competition is subject to change and may be discontinued without notice.
    3. The competition entry must have the correct email and other contact details.
    4. The Prize: Major Prize is valued at over $10 000 and includes:

    5. Prize must be redeemed between February 8-28 2025
    6. Accommodation, Ski Resort Passes, Ski Lessons, and Ski Rental vouchers must be used within the 5 day period of the prize being redeemed (eg cannot be split over multiple trips) and all Accommodation is Twin Share and Ski Lessons are Group Lessons.
    7. All Prizes are subject to availability at the time of booking and blackout periods apply
    8. The winning entry will be selected by The Snow Show and the decision will be final.
    9. The winner will be drawn on Friday 26th January 2024 at 5pm AEST and then notified on Monday January 29th 2024.
    10. The prize is not transferable. No cash equivalent or other alternative prize is available in whole or in part except as provided for in these terms and conditions.
    11. All prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. The Snow Show reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of an equivalent value should the prize become unavailable for any reason.
    12. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the prize promotion.
    13. By entering this competition you agree and accept that you may be contacted by any or all participating prize sponsors.
